Trinity United Methodist Church is part of the Albany District of the Upper New York Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church.  We join in partnership throughout New York State and beyond to support the work of nurturing disciples of Jesus Christ as we strive to embody the love of God.”  web address: unyumc.org

Trinity is home to a vibrant day care center.

Trinity is also home to a neighborhood spiritual outreach known as Lark Street TOGETHERhttp://larkstreettogether.org

Trinity Yoga. http://www.trinity-yoga.org

Yoga can be for everybody and every body – from children to centenarians and from the most mobile individual to the least athletic. While it is a spiritual practice, it does not specifically espouse or require one particular faith tradition.
Led by Dee Lowman, Trinity Yoga offers workshops, as well as group classes and individualized personal practice support.  If you are interested in more information, see our Group Class Schedule and Getting in Touch sections on the http://www.trinity-yoga.org website.
In addition to her practice and teaching of yoga, Dee is also a United Methodist Pastor, and is currently working with many outside of traditional church settings who consider themselves “spiritual but not religious.”
